● Your initial application must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
● Your shirt ships immediately. Acceptance letters and decals are mailed separately after approval. (Tracking for mailed acceptance letters is available for U.S. orders only.)
Pro and Elite application benefits are valid for 90 days from the date of your initial submission. This includes expedited review and eligibility for any qualification-based rewards (decals, links, etc.) associated with that application.
After 90 days, the application expires. Future submissions require a new application, and any unearned qualification-based rewards tied to the expired application are no longer eligible.
Application fees are non-refundable once submitted.
