Shipping policy

Last Updated: 11/20/2025: This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through shop.strengthorigins.com and covers how orders are processed, packaged, and delivered. For order-related refunds, see our Refund & Return Policy.

1. WHERE WE SHIP We ship to most locations worldwide. Availability may vary based on product type, regional restrictions, and fulfillment partner limitations.

2. MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS Orders may arrive in separate packages. Items fulfilled by third-party production partners may ship directly from their facilities, while in-house items ship from our North Carolina, USA location. Receiving part of your order early does not indicate a missing item.

3. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES Processing time refers to how long it takes to prepare an item for shipment and does not include transit time.
Print-On-Demand Items: These items are made to order and typically begin production within 2–7 business days, though timing may vary based on item type, season, demand, or supplier capacity. Processing times are estimates and not guaranteed.
In-House Items: In-stock items processed by our North Carolina location generally ship within 2–7 business days, depending on order volume, packaging workload, travel, or holidays. 
Acceptances letters: Letters are sent in scheduled batches following acceptance notifications. They are typically mailed within 10 business days of your acceptance notification. Mailing timelines may vary based on staffing, travel, volume, and postal limitations. We do not guarantee specific mailing dates for letters.

4. SHIPPING & TRANSIT TIMES Carrier delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Transit times begin once the package is accepted by the carrier. Tracking information is provided when available; some letter mail formats may not include tracking.

5. DELIVERY & TRANSFER OF RISK Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for loss, theft, or damage transfers to the recipient. We are unable to refund or replace orders after the carrier confirms delivery. If your order appears lost in transit before delivery status is confirmed, contact us and we can assist in checking status or filing a carrier claim.

6. WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES We ship to the address provided at checkout. Orders cannot be refunded due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned or undeliverable due to address error, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs. Orders will not be resent until a valid address is provided.

7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, VAT & IMPORT FEES International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import fees assessed upon arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. We do not collect or remit VAT at checkout. Orders returned due to unpaid import fees are not eligible for refund.

8. CUSTOMS & SHIPPING DELAYS We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, international inspections, or operational disruptions. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed.
