1. ABOUT OUR BUSINESS

Strength Origins LLC sells physical products, digital products, and event-related services. The Store provides ecommerce services, order processing, fulfillment, and customer account access powered in part by Shopify.

2. TYPES OF PRODUCTS SOLD

We sell three primary product categories:

  1. Physical Goods — apparel, patches, accessories, and other tangible items.
  2. Digital Products — downloadable files or digital content.
  3. Event-Related Services (“Events”) — challenge entries, application reviews, scoring/evaluation services, or other services relating to Strength Origins challenges or competitions.

Event-related purchases do not guarantee acceptance, reposting, leaderboard placement, performance outcomes, or eligibility. Payment covers review and evaluation services only.

3. RELATIONSHIP TO EVENT PARTICIPATION (IMPORTANT)

Making a purchase on this Store does not enroll you into a challenge, nor does it constitute agreement to risk waivers, fitness confirmations, scoring rules, or content usage rights.

Participation in Strength Origins challenges, competitions, submissions, or event-related activities is governed separately by the Terms of Service available at:

By participating in Events, you must agree to those terms, which govern:

  • Fitness, health, and injury-risk acknowledgment
  • Judging standards and finality of outcomes
  • Resubmission requirements
  • Eligibility and rule compliance
  • Content licensing and promotional use

In the event of disagreement, Store Terms govern purchases; Event Terms govern participation.

4. ACCOUNT INFORMATION & ELIGIBILITY

By using the Store, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence. You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information and to keep it current.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account login and password. We are not responsible for unauthorized account access arising from your failure to secure your credentials.

5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATION

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, inventory issues, inaccurate information provided, or violation of these Terms.

Orders that have begun processing or production may not be cancelled.

If we cancel or modify your order, we will attempt to notify you via the contact information provided at checkout.

6. PRICING, BILLING & PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

Prices are shown at checkout and may change without prior notice. The price displayed at purchase is final and will be shown in your order confirmation.

You agree that:

  • the payment details you provide are accurate
  • you are authorized to use the payment method
  • charges will be honored by your financial institution
  • you will pay all applicable taxes, duties, or shipping

Prices may differ from those offered on third-party platforms or at in-person events.

7. SHIPPING, DELIVERY & TRANSFER OF RISK

We ship products through third-party carriers. Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees.

Risk transfers to you once the carrier marks the item as delivered (delivery scan constitutes delivery). We are not responsible for:

  • carrier delays
  • lost, stolen, or damaged items after delivery
  • incorrect addresses provided at checkout

If an address is entered incorrectly, any reshipment costs are your responsibility.

8. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Many items are fulfilled by third-party print-on-demand partners. If an item arrives defective, misprinted, or damaged, you must contact us within 10 days of delivery with photo evidence.

Claims submitted after 10 days may not be eligible for replacement.

We replace defective items only; refunds are not provided for:

  • incorrect size selection
  • color or design preference
  • buyer’s remorse
  • normal manufacturing variation

We reserve the right to approve or deny replacement requests at our discretion.

9. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products are considered delivered when the download link or access instructions are sent to the email provided at checkout.

All digital products are final sale and non-refundable.

10. EVENT-RELATED PURCHASES ("EVENTS")

Purchases that relate to Events, submissions, evaluations, or challenge participation are non-refundable and not contingent on performance outcomes.

Payment covers:

  • review and evaluation of submissions
  • administrative processing of entries
  • related services

Payment does not guarantee:

  • acceptance or qualification
  • reposting on social media
  • leaderboard placement
  • custom merchandise
  • physical or digital rewards

Event rules, fitness assumptions, content licensing, and judging are governed exclusively by:

When a purchase includes both products and services, each component follows its own refund terms independently.

11. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS & VARIABILITY

We attempt to display products accurately, but physical items may vary slightly from digital mockups due to:

  • screen vs. print color variance
  • print placement tolerance
  • garment dye and fabric differences
  • third-party production processes

These variations do not constitute defects and are not eligible for returns.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All trademarks, branding, logos, content, and media associated with Strength Origins are owned by Strength Origins LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any materials without written permission.

13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & FULFILLMENT

The Store is hosted via Shopify, and certain products are fulfilled by third-party vendors such as print partners, shipping carriers, and payment processors.

We are not responsible for and disclaim liability arising from:

  • third-party platform outages
  • errors in manufacturing or carrier performance
  • third-party website terms or privacy policies

Your information may be shared with third parties as necessary to process orders.

14. PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to use the Store to:

  • engage in fraudulent chargebacks
  • resell items for commercial use without permission
  • collect data through scraping or automated tools
  • impersonate other users or falsify submissions

We may deny service or cancel orders for violations.

15. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Store and all products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or flawless.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strength Origins LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including lost revenue, lost data, or costs of replacement.

Our total liability for any claim relating to purchases is limited to the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

17. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Strength Origins LLC and its officers, employees, partners, and service providers from claims arising from:

  • your use of the Store
  • your breach of these Terms
  • incorrect information submitted at checkout
  • fraudulent or unlawful activity

18. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.

19. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the Store constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
